There's a New Workers' Compensation law for Arizona that went into effect 7/1/2019. What Changed? & How does it affect you?
- Working Owners of LLC's and Corporations that have 100% financial interest in the company and No Employees, No Longer need a Work Comp Policy.
- If your entity has 2 Working Owners; each with 50% financial interest in the company and No Employees, you No Longer need a Work Comp Policy.
- Working Owners of LLC's and Corporations that have less than 50% financial interest - With or Without Employees, Still Need a Work Comp Policy but the working owner CAN reject Work Comp Coverage.
