There's a New Market for Tract Home Builders!


– up to 25 homes in same development. Previously the only known market was on a WRAP policy for a minimum premium of $40,000 (due to possible construction defect litigation). However, this new market is different. They only require the builder to purchase a home warranty contract for $215 for the homeowner at the time of closing. The home warranty contract requires the homeowner to allow the builder to fix any problems, and if they can’t agree on the fix – it has to go to arbitration, which means they can’t sue!
